He further enhanced his expertise through leading hospitality brands and premium dining concepts.

Throughout his career, Chef Hardeep has played a key role in the successful launch and management of renowned restaurant concepts, including Sigree Global Grill outlets in Mumbai. Known for his creativity, leadership, and operational expertise, he has consistently delivered exceptional dining experiences while mentoring culinary teams with professionalism and passion.

As the founder and mentor at the studio, Chef Hardeep focuses on culinary training, practical learning, and skill development for aspiring chefs and food entrepreneurs. His expertise spans menu engineering, kitchen setup, food presentation, staff training, and modern culinary techniques.
