Chef Hardeep brings a rare and valuable blend of over 22 years of multi disciplinary experience. While his professional journey includes 6 years in the bakery business, his true passion has always been the culinary arts. Driven by a deep commitment to mastering both Culinary and Pastry Arts, he dedicated years to refining his skills and expertise.

In the post lockdown era, Chef Hardeep discovered a new purpose, sharing his knowledge and empowering aspiring culinary professionals. This vision led to the establishment of Climb Curve Studio Academy, where he guides future chefs and bakers through practical training, industry insights, and hands on learning experiences.

His dedication to excellence, combined with a genuine passion for teaching, has made Climb Curve Studio Academy a nurturing environment for learning and growth. Through structured guidance and personalized mentorship, Chef Hardeep helps students build confidence, develop professional skills, and transform their culinary aspirations into successful careers in the food and hospitality industry.

Charanjit Kaur Sondhi is a passionate culinary professional, educator, and hospitality consultant dedicated to nurturing the next generation of chefs, bakers, and food entrepreneurs. Her journey began in 2014 as a home baker under her brand The Home Bakers, where she specialized in crafting healthy breads and cakes with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and innovation.
Over the years, her practical industry experience and entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish a fully equipped production workshop and successfully expand through multiple franchise outlets across Mumbai. This extensive hands-on experience provided her with deep expertise in bakery production, kitchen operations, menu development, food business management, and customer experience.
Driven by her passion for sharing knowledge and empowering aspiring professionals, Charanjit founded Climb Curve Studio – School of Culinary & Pastry. The academy is designed to provide industry-focused, practical training in Culinary Arts, Bakery & Pastry, and Food Entrepreneurship. Through structured programs, live demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences, students gain the skills, confidence, and business knowledge required to build successful careers in the food industry.
